Restock Radar

Refund and cancellation policy

Updated September 7, 2026.

Request a refund

Email support@getrestockradar.com with your store's myshopify.com domain, the app charge date and amount, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send a full billing statement, card details, passwords or a home address.

We review duplicate or incorrect charges, technical failures and other refund requests individually. Contact us promptly so we can investigate. A request does not guarantee a refund, and this policy does not impose a deadline that limits statutory rights. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

How refunds are handled

Shopify bills for the app. We, as the app operator, review requests and use the available Shopify billing process for approved refunds or credits. The form and timing of an adjustment depend on the charge status and Shopify's processing. We will explain the outcome; we do not promise an automatic or instant refund.

Cancel future renewals

Uninstall Restock Radar from your Shopify admin to stop future subscription renewals. Review your plan and billing dates in Shopify first. Uninstalling does not automatically refund prior payments or remove charges already incurred or pending on an invoice. Save needed purchase orders before uninstalling because app database records are deleted when the uninstall notification is processed.

For a trial, cancel before it ends to avoid the paid subscription charge shown in Shopify. Stopping use, disabling the digest or emailing a refund request is not a substitute for canceling the subscription.

Supplier purchases

This policy covers Restock Radar app fees. Purchases made from suppliers using purchase orders are separate transactions; supplier returns, refunds and delivery issues must be addressed with that supplier.
