Restock Radar

Terms and conditions

Updated September 7, 2026.

These terms describe the Restock Radar service, operated by an individual in New York, USA, using the trading name Telamanus. Telamanus is not an incorporated legal entity. Questions: support@getrestockradar.com.

The service

Restock Radar provides inventory reorder estimates, purchase-order tools and optional weekly emails for Shopify merchants. You must be authorized to act for the store and legally able to enter into agreements for your business.

Suggestions depend on sales history, Shopify data and your settings. They are estimates, not guarantees of demand, availability, profit or avoidance of stockouts. Review quantities, prices, supplier details and delivery requirements before ordering. Creating a draft does not place an order; authorizing an email sends it to the supplier. Supplier acceptance, payment, delivery and disputes remain between you and the supplier.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

Available plans, limits, prices, billing intervals, taxes and any trial are shown in Shopify's plan-selection and approval screens. Review those details before approving a subscription. Paid subscriptions renew on the interval you approve until canceled. Shopify processes app charges; we do not collect payment-card details.

Manage your plan through Shopify. Uninstall the app in Shopify to stop future subscription renewals. Previously incurred or pending charges may still appear on your bill. Cancel before the trial or billing period ends if you do not want the next charge. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Your data and permitted use

You retain rights to your business data. You authorize us and the service providers described in the privacy policy to process it to provide the app. Supply only necessary information you have authority to use. Do not use the app to send spam, infringe rights, access another store without permission, distribute harmful content or interfere with the service.

Software and third-party rights

You may use the app for your authorized store while access is available under your plan. This does not transfer ownership of the app. Open-source components remain subject to their licenses. Shopify and other third-party names belong to their owners; reference to them does not imply endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

The service depends on Shopify, hosting and email providers and may be interrupted or contain errors. Keep copies of important purchase orders. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial result. Warranties and remedies required by applicable law remain available; nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, termination and changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue or a legal obligation. Where practical, we will explain the reason and a route to resolve it. You can stop using the service and uninstall at any time; database deletion is described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms and will provide notice or seek agreement where required for material changes. New pricing requires the authorization required by Shopify. Contact support to discuss a dispute; these terms do not require confidential arbitration or restrict honest reviews. Mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
